Job Description :
* To have excellent customer service skills.
* To have excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
* To efficiently organise himself/herself according to the changing working environment.
* To have active listening skills to listen to the doctor’s problems and issues and find out solutions.
* To develop an extensive understanding of company medications.
* Should be flexible to fit the busy schedule of the doctors and other engagements.
* Should be able to meet or exceed the company’s sales targets.
* Making appointments with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical experts to promote branded medicines.
* Establishing and preserving positive business relationships with clients.
* Reviewing sales performance and writing reports.
* To attend regular training programmes and ensure implementation of learning.
* To develop and implement brand strategies with the sales team to provide a unified marketing message.
* To have good knowledge of assigned territory.
* To have excellent relations with clients (Drs/Chemists/ Stockists) of assigned territory.
